RedCat Racing Carbon 210 Race Drone FPV coming soon May 2017!

RedCat Racing shows on their dealer page images of their upcoming entry into the FPV drone craze! Named the Carbon 210 Race Drone it shows as a May 2017 release with a $359.00 MSRP ("street price" yet to be anounced).

RedCat Racing's take on the FPV is a beautiful carbon fiber creation with cowling that hides / protects the front mounted camera as well as the lipo battery pack. With few specs listed, they state a 6 channel radio with video transmission ( here I am assuming transmitter either has a screen built in, or one utilizes a smart phone set up) and a note that goggles are not included. Being a "race" drone expect high speed and manueverability.

Here is RedCat's own copy:

"The Redcat Carbon 210 Race Drone is a ready to fly professional racing drone.  Full carbon fiber chassis, HD camera, brushless motor and high end electronics make the Carbon 210 the perfect race drone for those that want to get into racing. The Carbon 210 is FPV ready (goggles not included) with a F3 flight controller, on screen display module, 6 channel 2.4GHz radio and an aluminum carry case is included. Get into drone racing today with the Redcat Carbon 210."

This is exciting for any RedCat Racing dealer, as this race drone appears to be of high quality and shows that RedCat is expanding their offerings on the higher end side of RC as not to dimishing but rather enhance their brand...leaving but a few "toy grade" offerings.
